Deluxe Rooms seamlessly blend indoor comfort with an outdoor balcony, which includes a seating area overlooking the native tropical landscape with partial views of the bay or ocean. Canopy One Bedroom Suite

These one-bedroom suites feature an extra-spacious terrace or balcony with partial views of the bay through the natural tropical landscape. A comfortable living room, suitable for both relaxation and private entertaining, offers similar views. It is separated from the bedroom by wooden doors, making the suite ideal for couples. These suites are built into the hillside and are set in the uppermost level of the forest, the canopy. With the addition of an adjacent suite, they are also perfect for families with older children.

-Canopy Suites feature a connected, separate outdoor terrace; furnished with chaises longues, they are ideal for relaxing and gazing out onto the bay.
-The living area is furnished with a queen sofabed, and also features an entertainment unit with international cable television and DVD player, large desk with two-line speaker telephone, built-in safe and high-speed Internet access.
-The marble bathroom includes a deep soaking tub, separate glass-enclosed shower, double vanity, and WC in a separate room with telephone.

Canopy Three Bedroom Suite w/Plunge Pool

These suites include a separate dining area, which opens onto a private terrace that overlooks the infinity-edge plunge pool and is furnished with inviting chaises longues. The three bedrooms flank the living area, which is accessed by walkways with sweeping views of the Pacific. Canopy Premier Plunge Pool Suites are ideally suited for couples and families with older children.

-These suites are a golf-cart ride or a five-minute walk from the Resort's pools, beaches, restaurants and other facilities.
-Suites feature a separate dining area for casual meals and entertaining, with the added convenience of a pantry with a microwave, coffee maker and sink.

Pacifico Three-Bedroom Resort Residences are located on the ocean side of the peninsula. Nestled into the hillside, they offer a spacious indoor living and dining area leading onto a terrace that is ideal for entertaining. The residences are also ideal for families with young children – or for any longer-stay guests who prefer the comforts of residential-style living.

-The Pacifico Three-Bedroom Resort Residences are a golf-cart ride or a five-minute walk from the Resort's pools, beaches, restaurants and other facilities.
-These residences feature three spacious bedrooms, a full kitchen, large living area, separate dining area that seats six, laundry room and a large furnished terrace.

Casa del Mar Residence Estate

Casa del Mar, or "House of the Sea," is the largest Residence Estate at Four Seasons Resort Costa Rica. Floor-to-ceiling windows accentuate the exceptional view of Bahia Culebra and Playa Blanca, as well as the Pacific Ocean and Playa Virador. The vantage point of the home offers views of the entire resort, including both north and south peninsulas.

Just a seven-minute walk from the beaches – or three minutes with butler golf cart service – the estate offers four bedrooms, each with its own outdoor deck and outdoor shower. Fully equipped quarters for a nanny or staff member are separate from the main house.

-The Casa del Mar Residence Estate is a short golf-cart ride or a 5- to 10-minute walk from the Resort's pools, beaches, restaurants and other facilities.
-The Estate offers 372 square metres (4,000 square feet) of outdoor living space, with a heated infinity swimming pool, whirlpool, Viking barbecue and gazebo with seating for 10.
-The outdoor and indoor dining areas each seat eight.
-The well-equipped kitchen features granite countertops and stainless-steel Viking appliances.
-The Estate features two home-entertainment centres with Bose home theatre systems and surround sound, six 42-inch plasma TVs, four Blu-ray/DVD/CD players, a printer/copier/fax machine on request and high-speed Internet access.

Guest Room Overview
Set beside the beach on both sides of the isthmus, guest rooms are located within three four-storey buildings and are available in three categories: Garden Rooms on the first floor, Deluxe Rooms on the second floor and Premium Rooms on the third and fourth.
The airy sleeping area virtually merges into the open-air terrace or balcony, which is protected by a screen and furnished as a living area for lounging or dining. Sliding louvred doors may divide the indoor space from the terrace, ensuring maximum privacy while maintaining the flow of cooling sea breezes. In the bathroom, another louvred panel beside the tub allows the option of bathing in privacy or with views to the outdoors.

Suites Overview
The majority of the Resort’s 35 suites are tree-house-style Canopy Suites, perched on stilts on the hillside and offering views that stretch to the bay through the forest canopy. All include a covered terrace or balcony, and many feature an infinity-edge plunge pool overlooking the water. This open-air hideaway provides an enchanting spot for sunbathing or floating under a blanket of stars.

On its own hillside plateau, the elite three-bedroom Presidential Suite makes a dazzling first impression with elevated views of both ocean and bay sweeping from both sides.

Private Residence Overview
Four Seasons offers 29 premium residences that offer all the conveniences of a private home combined with full Four Seasons service and access. These spacious, spectacular accommodations include two or three bedrooms, as well as fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities and tropical comforts such as infinity-edge plunge pools and outdoor
showers.

Two categories are available. Residence Villas are stand-alone two- and three-bedroom homes located a short stroll or golf-cart ride from Resort amenities, while the one-of-akind three-bedroom Casa de la Luna Residence Estate is secluded at the southernmost point of the Peninsula and reached by golf cart or a 10-minute walk.

Children Policy

Children ages four to twelve may take advantage of the popular Kids for All Seasons programme, which includes both indoor and outdoor organised activities with full-time, multilingual,professionally qualified staff. Enclosed outdoor areas are complete with a playground and a shallow swimming pool with float toys and chaise longues. To enjoy Kids For All Seasons, children under four must be accompanied by an adult.

Tuanis Teen Centre Tuanis - a Costa Rican expression meaning "too nice" or "too cool" – is a fully equipped entertainment facility created specifically for teenage guests. Located just steps from the basketball court, Tuanis houses two flat-screen TVs, a DVD player, a PlaySation, an Xbox, Wii, computers with complimentary Internet and iPod docking stations. The Centre is staffed with a teen-oriented Concierge, who provides information on weekly activities and tours.
