Description
Parrot Cay Turks and Caicos is about 25 minutes by speedboat from Providenciales, the Main island. Parrot Cay's topography slopes up from the ocean to a ridge along the center of the island, whose elevation is about 50 feet. Crystal clear turquoise waters surround its 3.2 miles of white sand beaches. Groves of cactus and thickly entwined scrub and spreading mangroves and wetlands accent the beauty of this island's 1,000 secluded acres.
The property's allure of lean simplicity is the work of designer Keith Hobs of London's United Designers. He has taken elements of traditional colonial decor, such as four poster beds, and brightened them with lavish use of white fabrics.

Master Five Bedroom Villa at The Residence
This five-bedroom main residence and its two three-bedroom guest villas can be rented individually or together; they are positioned a seven-minute buggy ride from the resort. Each features white and teak bedrooms, ensuite bathrooms, a spacious living area, a vast sundeck, large pool and direct beach access.
The Residence is defined by its sense of total privacy. The master bedroom - five bedroom villa in the main house covers over 1500 square feet. For larger parties the complex is ideal because of the privacy afforded by The Residence’s self-contained design.

There are 59 rooms including Pirate House, suites, beach houses and villas with 25 Garden View rooms, 17 Ocean Facing rooms and 4 One Bedroom suites. Ocean Facing rooms have a short walk to the beach. The Garden View rooms overlook the immaculately landscaped gardens.
All rooms have four poster beds swathed in white voile, their own private veranda with day bed and furniture. Each room has a TV, CD and DVD players, mini-bar, en-suite shower and bath, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, hairdryer, direct dial phone, tea and coffee facilities.
