Description
With 93 rooms and suites, surrounded by lush and tropical foliage, CuisinArt Resort & Spa features the first-ever hydroponic farm at a resort.
Vibrant Italian fabrics and furniture imported from around the world create a distinct elegant charm in the guestrooms and suites. Large bathrooms are set in soft-toned Italian marble and feature deep bathtubs, separate showers complemented by Rusk amenities. Luxury Junior Suites and One and Two Bedroom suites feature a private solarium for sunning. Guests begin their day with continental breakfast served en-suite or at Café Mediterraneo.
Located on the beachfront, each of the suites in the ten white-washed villas feature large patios and luxuriant furniture. The main building features the nine Luxury Rooms on the second floor and the two Penthouses on the top floor.
The Resort features three dining options, each with its own personality and unique cuisine. Santorini Restaurant, the Resort's fine dining and gourmet restaurant -AAA Four Diamond Award recipient, the only restaurant in Anguilla to have this honor - with a 3600 bottle Wine Cellar and the exclusive Chef’s Table dining experience. Cafe Mediterraneo, located poolside, is a short stroll from the beach and serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner with a brasserie flair.

CuisinArt has a variety of options for group meetings.
SANTORINI Santorini’s 2500-square-foot space comfortably seats over 100 guests for larger meetings and banquets. Use Santorini’s 1700-square-foot terrace for an outdoor event or in conjunction with the restaurant.
RENDEZVOUS BAY The Rendezvous Bay private dining room accomodates 40 people for a meeting and can be used with or without Restaurant Santorini, since it maintains a separate entrance. This room can be set up in classroom, theater, or U-shape style for conventional meetings.
CAFÉ MEDITERRANEO Café Mediterraneo can accommodate 115 to 120 people and provides a casual setting alongside our breathtaking infinity pool. This is the perfect option for lunch meetings, cocktail parties or barbeques.
PENTHOUSE SUITE The Penthouse Suite, located on the top floor of the Main Building, can be used as a private conference room with boardroom seating. The 4000-square-foot Penthouse Terrace caters to large, elegant gatherings.
OTHER VENUES There are several other flexible venues for business meetings and conferences. The Gazebo area overlooking the beach is perfect for a small gathering, the Beach Bar accommodates 10 to 15 people and can be used for a cocktail reception. Other outdoor gathering spots include the bocce area and poolside, where tables and chairs can be easily set to your requirements
