Cancelation Policies::

• 25% due at the time of booking

• 25% due by 1st November

• Remaining balance due by 1st December (include New Year’s Eve dinner)

• Should you need to cancel, any deposit amount paid will be forfeited. Travel insurance is recommended in view of the cancellation policy

• No show and early departure subject to 100% of total room reserved plus tax and service charge

• No accommodations are currently being held

• Rates are subject to additional tax and service charges (27%)

• Arrivals on the night of December 18, 19 and 26 will require a minimum length of stay of 7 nights.
