Cancelation Policies:
Thanksgiving Weekend: 50% penalized if cancelled within 7 days of arrival.
Holiday Season: If reservation is canceled within (45) days to the date of arrival, 100% of the total stay will be nonrefundable.
No Shows or Unused Nights: Nonrefundable. Full stay will be charged.
Terms & Conditions:
All reserved rooms shall be paid within 30 days prior to guest arrival’s date. *During Holiday Season full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date.
Unpaid reservations will not be confirmed and subject to availability. If booking happens within 30 days of arrival, payment is due within 48 hrs. of booking in order to guarantee reservation.
Minimum Length of Stay:
Thanksgiving Weekend: MLOS through 3 nights
Holiday Season: MLOS through 7 nights
