Cancellation Policy:

Reservations must be cancelled 21 days prior to arrival to avoid a penalty the entire stay and tax.

Terms & Conditions:

Rates include breakfast for 2 guests or if in the 2 bedroom cottage, breakfast for up to 4 guests. Full festive program available with activities on offer either complimentary or at an additional cost. Rate is inclusive of island pick up/drop off service to and from either the airport or harbour. We do not charge a resort fee or a service charge fee.

Deposit Policy:

At the time of booking the guest’s credit card will be deducted with the full amount of the stay.
