Cancelation Policies:

• Any cancellation of a confirmed reservation must be notified in writing to Island House LVM, and will take effect on the day received by the Villa Company. The Villa Company reservations department will confirm and acknowledge in writing, the receipt of the cancellation, and advise of any applicable charges. The following scale of charges will be payable based on the arrival date at the Villa:

  • 90 Days or more prior to arrival – no charge

  • 89 days or less prior to arrival – 50%

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival – 100%

  • No refunds can be made for no-shows, and if guests cut short their stay after arrival. Island House LVM strongly recommends that all guests are adequately covered by their insurance policy for such charges

Terms & Conditions:

• 50% deposit – required within 3 days of booking to confirm
• 50% balance and security deposit – due 60 days prior to arrival
• Reservations made within 30 days must be paid 100% in full at time of booking
• Security deposit equal to one night’s stay will be collected with final payment for each reservation

Minimum Length of Stay:

• MLOS – Arrival December 21-26, 2023 = 5 nights

• MLOS – Arrival December 25, 2023 = 10 nights

• MLOS – Arrival December 27, 2023 = 7 nights
