Cancelation Policies:

  • 90 days before arrival or a full stay penalty will be applied.
  • No Show or Early Departure would be a full stay penalty.

 

Terms & Conditions:

Payment for the entire stay would be taken 90 days before the arrival date.

  • All Reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card.
  • Payment may be made by wire transfer or CC link.

Extra Charges:

  • Extra bed cost $130 US per stay plus taxes.
  • Extra person fee: 13 years old and older is $170.30 US per night (taxes and fees included).
  • Transportation costs: $115 US One Way or $215 US Round Trip (maximum 4 guests in an SUV). Reservations are required 72 hours in advance.

  • Early Check-In and Late Check Out are subject to availability and extra fees will apply.

 

Minimum Length of Stay:

  • Minimum 5 Nights stay arriving: December 25th
  • Minimum 4 Nights stay arriving: December 29th
  • Minimum 3 Nights stay arriving: December 30th
  • Minimum 2 Nights stay arriving: January 1st
