Cancellations Must be received at least 30 days prior to the arrival date to avoid the Full Stay charge.

No-Show Penalty: Full Stay; Modifications are not allowed within 30 days prior to arrival.

– Spa Credit is per adult, per night, applicable toward massages from 50 min, facials, and body treatments. The credit is not cumulative or combinable with other promotions, added values, or amenities from SPA. Is not valid in Beauty Salon and Hydrotherapy area.

– Daily $75 USD Spa Credit included

– Daily $25 credit for Fitness per adult, per day for private or group classes.

– An Environmental Sanitation tax of $2.20 USD ($36 Mexican Pesos) per night of stay will be applied upon arrival to all the new reservations.
