Payment and Cancellation terms and conditions:

• Nightly room rates are quoted in USD, based on single or double occupancy per room, per night, inclusive of daily breakfast.

• All rates are subject to 16% Federal Tax of room rate and service charge, 4% state tax, 15% service charge & an environmental tax fee (DSA), of $36.31 MXN per room, per night is applicable, and will be billed upon check out.

• To guarantee a reservation, full prepayment is required at the time of booking.

• Maximum occupancy for all rooms and suites is for 2 adults and 2 children under 11 years old, or a maximum of 3 adults and 1 child with an additional charge of $110 USD plus 16% Federal Tax, 4% State tax & 15% Service Charge to the rates provided.

• Maximum occupancy for Villa Cortez is of 8 adults and 2 children under 11 years old.

• Cancellations will incur a fee of 100% of total room charges.

• No Show and Early Departures: will incur a fee of 100% of total room charges.
