Cancellation Policies:

• For stays between December 22nd, 2025 and January 6th, 2026, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
• Of that deposit, 25% is non-refundable. The remaining 50% must be paid by September 1st, 2025.
• Cancellations made after September 1st incur a 100% penalty. Attendance at both the Christmas Special Dinner and New Year’s Gala is mandatory and non-refundable.

Terms & Conditions:

• A 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking for festive stays, with 25% non-refundable.
• Final payment is due by September 1st, 2025.
• Cancellations after this date incur a full-stay penalty.
• Christmas and New Year’s gala dinners are mandatory for all guests and charged as non-refundable fees.
