MINIMUM LENGTH OF STAY (MLOS)

• Thanksgiving: 4 nights minimum stay (November 23rd – November 30th, 2025)
• Festive Arrivals December 22nd – 23rd, 2025: 5 nights minimum stay
• Christmas & New Year’s Eve Arrivals (December 24th – December 31st, 2025): 8 nights minimum stay

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Shoulder Season (November 22nd, 2025 – December 21st, 2025)

• Deposit: Two nights’ stay plus taxes & service charges at time of booking
• Cancellation 60–31 days before arrival: Deposit non-refundable
• Cancellation within 30 days, no-shows, or early departures: 100% penalty

Festive Season (December 22nd, 2025 – January 6th, 2026)

• Deposit: 50% of total stay at time of booking (25% non-refundable)
• Remaining balance due by September 1st, 2025
• Cancellation after September 1st, 2025: 100% penalty
• Mandatory Christmas Dinner & New Year Gala: Non-refundable fees

MANDATORY GALA DINNER – ALLEGRIA (NEW YEAR’S EVE)

• Adults: $550 USD per person
• Children (ages 4–14): $250 USD per person
• Rates subject to 18% tax & 10% service charge
