Cancellation Policies:

• A deposit equal to 2 nights’ room and tax will be charged at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 90 days prior to arrival. A daily service charge of 15% of the room rate will apply.

• Cancellations made within 90 days of arrival will incur a 100% penalty, inclusive of taxes.
