Cancelation policy:

02/01/2024 – 19/12/2024

There will be no charges for cancellation of rooms more than 7 days in advance, on the dates of January 02, 2024 to December 19, 2024 If the cancellation is received after this period or if the client does not show up (no show), the hotel will charge the total amount of 2 nights. In the same way, if the client makes an early departure, 100% of the reservation will be charged. min/max occupancies per room type,

20/12/2024 – 01/01/2025

There will be no charge for cancellation of rooms more than 30 days in advance for the Christmas and New Year period (from December 20, 2024 to January 1, 2025) If the cancellation is received after this period or if the client does not show up (no show), the hotel will charge the total amount of the stay. In the same way, if the client makes an early departure, 100% of the reservation will be charged.
