Cancellation Policies:

• A 25% deposit is required upon confirmation and is refundable up to 90 days prior to arrival.

• For cancellations made 90 days or less prior to arrival, 100% of the stay will be retained.

Terms & Conditions:

• A non-refundable 50% deposit is required upon confirmation. For cancellations or amendments within 120 days of arrival, 100% of the stay is retained. No changes or cancellations are accepted for stays during the festive period.

• Full payment (100%) is required 120 days before arrival. Reservations made within 120 days of arrival require full payment upfront.

• Festive season stays include mandatory gala dinner supplements on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve, which are charged separately from villa rates.

Minimum Length of Stay:

• A minimum stay of 7 nights is required for all one-bedroom villas.

• A minimum stay of 10 nights is required for two-bedroom villas and above for stays falling over December 30 and 31, 2024.
