CANCELATION POLICIES:
For One- & Two-Bedroom Villas
- 25% DEPOSIT UPON confirmation, REFUNDABLE UP to ninety (90) days PRIOR to arrival.
- Ninety (90) days or less PRIOR to arrival: 100% of STAY IS RETAINED.
For Three Bedroom Villas and above
- NON-REFUNDABLE 25% DEPOSIT UPON confirmation.
- Ninety (90) days or less PRIOR to arrival: 100% of STAY IS RETAINED.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- Minimum Length of Stay applies on the 30th and 31st of December 2024.
- Departures are not permitted on December 30th and 31st, 2024.
- Guests MUST SCHEDULE their departure ON or BEFORE December 29th, 2024. Or from
- January the 1st, 2025 onward.
MINIMUM LENGTH OF STAY:
- Seven (7) Nights Minimum stay for One Bedroom Villas.
