Cancelation Policies:

For One-Bedroom villas, Family One-Bedroom Villa, Two-Bedroom villas, Three-Bedroom villa and 

Teremoana Residence:

– No cancellation fee applies if the booking is cancelled more than 91 days prior to the arrival date.

– A 50% fee applies if the booking is cancelled between 90 days and 61 days prior to the arrival date.

– A 100% fee applies if the booking is cancelled 60 days (2 months) or less prior to the arrival date

Terms & Conditions:

The following mandatory wire transfer prepayment is required:

– 20% of the total amount is to be received at the time of booking. Non refundable deposit.

– 80% of the total amount is to be received no later than 120 days prior to the arrival and along with the 

detailed Guest Information form.

Payment is required in Euros and must cover the total amount of the invoice. 

Bank fees cannot be retained from the payment. If any, bank fees will be deducted from the 

agent commission amount.

Final confirmation will be provided once the booking has been fully prepaid
