Minimum Length of Stay & Cancellation Policies

Thanksgiving (Nov 22nd – Nov 30th, 2025)

• MLOS: 3 nights
• Cancellation: up to 7 days prior to arrival
• Penalty: 1-night room and tax

Christmas & New Year

• Dec 15th – Dec 18th: MLOS 3 nights, cancel up to 120 days prior, penalty 1 night
• Dec 19th – Dec 26th: MLOS 1 night, cancel up to 120 days prior, penalty 1 night
• Dec 27th – Dec 28th: MLOS 7 nights, cancel up to 120 days prior, penalty 1 night
• Dec 29th – Dec 31st: MLOS 3 nights, cancel up to 120 days prior, penalty 1 night
• Jan 1st – Jan 4th: MLOS 1 night, cancel up to 120 days prior, penalty complete stay (within 120 days)
