Cancellation Policies

• April 27th – December 22nd, 2025: Cancel within 2 days before arrival → penalty of 25% of stay + taxes.
• December 23rd, 2025 – January 2nd, 2026: Cancel within 30 days before arrival → penalty of full stay + taxes.
• January 3rd – March 27th, 2026: Cancel within 30 days before arrival → penalty of 25% of stay + taxes.

Important Notes:

• The penalty percentage applies to the total cost of the original reservation.
• Reservations with date changes are subject to the highest penalty of the original or new dates.
• Early departures and no-shows incur a 100% penalty.
