Cancellation Policies:

• A 50% non-refundable deposit of the total booking is required at the time of booking, and the balance is due 90 days prior to arrival.
• Cancellations made outside of 90 days before arrival: 100% of payments are non-refundable but may be applied toward a new stay within 365 days of the original arrival date.
• Cancellations made within 90 days of arrival: 100% of payments are non-refundable and cannot be applied toward new bookings, except under Government Restriction Exception.
