Cancellation Policies:

• November 22nd – November 28th, 2026
  • Cancellations within 14 days prior to arrival will incur a 2-night penalty. The charge is applied at the time of booking and is non-refundable in case of late cancellation.

• November 29th – December 21st, 2026
  • Cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival will incur a 1-night penalty. The charge is applied at the time of booking and is non-refundable in case of late cancellation.

• December 22nd, 2026 – January 3rd, 2027
  • Cancellations within 45 days prior to arrival will incur a penalty of the full stay. The charge is applied at the time of booking and is non-refundable in case of late cancellation.

Terms & Condition Policies:

• Minimum length of stay requirements are controlled by the resort.
• All room assignments and requests for specific locations are determined at check-in only.
• Rollaway beds and cribs are complimentary and subject to availability upon arrival, limited to existing inventory. Rollaway beds are not permitted over maximum occupancy (one per suite).
• The resort may modify the cutoff date at any time by written notification. Any additional bookings made after the cutoff date are subject to space availability.
• At the cutoff date, wholesalers must send the confirmed reservations list including client names, room types, number of persons, and arrival/departure details.
• Availability is subject to change without prior notice.

Minimum Length of Stay:

• 3 nights minimum stay: February 13th – 17th, 2026; April 14th – 20th, 2026; November 23rd – 29th, 2026
• 4 nights minimum stay: December 23rd – 27th, 2026
• 5 nights minimum stay: December 28th, 2026 – January 1st, 2027
