Cancellation Policies:

• Thanksgiving: Cancel within seven days prior to arrival – two-night deposit retained.
• Festive: Cancel within 60 days prior to arrival – two-night deposit retained.

• For festive dates, holiday resort policies apply:
  • Rates are based on availability at time of booking.
  • Rates quoted on single/double occupancy; an extra person fee of $75 applies for a third or fourth adult (18+).
  • Two nights’ deposit collected at time of booking.
  • Cancellation more than 60 days prior to arrival – full refund.
  • Cancellation less than 60 days prior to arrival – deposit forfeited.
  • Daily resort fee of $55.00++ not included in ADR.
  • Total tax is 17.962% (10.25% occupancy tax / 4.712% excise tax / 3% county tax).

Minimum Length of Stay:
