Deposit Policy

• Full payment is required upon confirmation for Peak and Festive dates.
• Reservations will be automatically cancelled if payment is not received.
• No refunds will be provided for no-shows, late arrivals, early departures, or unused package items.

Cancellation Policy – Peak & Festive Dates

• Cancellations within 120 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total booking is non-refundable.
• Cancellations within 119 days or less prior to arrival: 100% of the total booking is non-refundable.
• Bookings made within 90 days of arrival: Full payment is required and is non-refundable.
• In the event of international airport closure due to natural disaster or global pandemic within 14 days of arrival, the deposit will be held as a credit for a future stay.

Terms & Conditions

• Rates are subject to change at any time.
• Ka’ana Resort reserves the right to close out availability at any time.
• A four-night minimum stay is required for Festive dates.
• No check-outs allowed on December 25th, December 31st, or January 1st (unless specifically approved by the resort).

Minimum Length of Stay

• A four-night minimum is required for Festive stays, unless a shorter stay fills an existing gap in availability.
