Cancellation & Deposit Policies
Thanksgiving & Pre-Festive:
- Deposit: 3-night deposit + tax at booking
- Penalty:
- Cancel <14 days: forfeit deposit
- Cancel <7 days: full stay forfeited
- Full payment due: 7 days prior
- Early departures/no-shows: Charged in full
Festive (December 19th, 2025 – January 4th, 2026):
- Deposit: 50% non-refundable at booking
- Balance due: Sept 1, 2025
- Cancel on/after Sept 1: Full stay forfeited
Minimum Length of Stay:
- 7 Nights for Suites – 10 Nights for Villas) – No departure on 30th & 31st December 2023
