• Guest Rooms & Suites: A deposit equal to two nights’ room rate plus tax (first and last nights) is billed at booking and becomes non-refundable 60 days prior to arrival. The remaining balance will be charged 60 days prior and becomes non-refundable. Changing dates or shortening stay within this period results in 100% forfeiture of the full stay.
• Francis H. I’I Brown Suite & Private Residences: Two-night deposit billed at booking, non-refundable after July 1st, 2025. Remaining deposit charged on July 1st, 2025, and non-refundable. Any changes or shortened stays result in full forfeiture.
