Cancellation Policies:

• November 1st – December 22nd, 2025:
  • Up to 7 days before arrival: No penalty.
  • 6 days or less before arrival, no-show, or early departure: 1-night penalty.
  • Early departure after check-in: Full charge.

• December 23rd, 2025 – January 2nd, 2026:
  • Up to 30 days before arrival: No penalty.
  • 21 days or less before arrival, no-show, or early departure: Full charge.

• January 3rd – January 6th, 2026:
  • Up to 8 days before arrival: No penalty.
  • 7 days or less before arrival, no-show, or early departure: 2-night penalty.

Terms & Conditions:

• Travel Window: Now – January 31st, 2026.
• Booking Dates: December 22nd, 2025 – January 3rd, 2026.
• A $100 USD credit per room, per stay applies exclusively to Rosa Negra restaurants located on property.
• Any unused credit is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be applied to other services or guests.
• Credit is not valid for Maxibar or Room Service.
• Applicable to all room categories.
