Cancellation Policies

• November 1st – December 22nd, 2024: Cancel up to 4 days before arrival with no penalty. Within 3 days, or in the case of no-shows/early departures, a 1-night penalty applies.

• December 23rd, 2024 – January 2nd, 2025: Cancel up to 15 days before arrival with no penalty. Within 14 days, or in the case of no-shows/early departures, full stay penalty applies.

• January 3rd – 6th, 2025: Cancel up to 8 days before arrival with no penalty. Within 7 days, or in the case of no-shows/early departures, a 2-night penalty applies.
