Cancellation policy

For stays between November 1st, 2024 and December 22nd, 2024, cancellations made up to four days prior to arrival are penalty-free. Cancellations made three days or less before arrival, no-shows, or early departures will incur a one-night penalty, with early departures subject to full charge.

For stays between December 23rd, 2024 and January 2nd, 2025, cancellations made up to fifteen days prior to arrival are penalty-free. Cancellations made fourteen days or less before arrival, no-shows, or early departures will incur a full-stay penalty.

For stays between January 3rd and January 6th, 2025, cancellations made up to eight days prior to arrival are penalty-free. Cancellations made seven days or less before arrival, no-shows, or early departures will incur a two-night penalty.

Minimum Length of Stay

A minimum stay of four nights applies during the festive period.
