  • Nov 1- Dec 22, 2024 – Up to 4 days prior to arrival – NO Penalty | 3 days or less prior to arrival, No Show/ Early Departure -1 night Penalty | Early Departure – Full Charge.
  • Dec 23, 2024 – Jan 2, 2025 – Up to 15 days prior to arrival – NO Penalty | 14 days or less prior to arrival, No Show/ Early Departure – Full charge 
  • Jan 3 – 6, 2025 – Up to 8 days prior to arrival – NO Penalty | 7 days or less prior to arrival, No Show/ Early Departure – 2 nights.

Minimum Length of Stay::

  • Thanksgiving Weekend no MLOS.
