Reservations are fully non-refundable, and full payment is required at the time of booking.
Terms & Conditions
Rates are in U.S. dollars and subject to 15% VAT and a 10% service fee.
A minimum stay of 2 nights applies year-round, and 7 nights is required during the festive season.
Extended stays of 3 weeks or more are available upon request.
Rates apply through January 4th, 2027. Children stay complimentary when sharing the villa with parents using existing bedding (maximum 1 child in One Bedroom Villas and 2 children in Two Bedroom Villas). Additional guests aged 6 and above will incur a charge of USD 90 per night plus taxes.
Mukul & Guacalito is a private gated community; outside visitors are not permitted.
Food and beverage delivery is available during restaurant operating hours with an additional fee of USD 10 plus tax.
Minimum Length of Stay
No minimum stay outside of the festive window.
