Cancellation Policies

• Cancellations made 60 to 1 days prior to arrival incur a 50% penalty of the deposit.
• No-shows incur a 100% penalty of the full stay including taxes and resort fee.
• Cancellations must be documented and confirmed by the reservations team to avoid penalties.
