Cancellation Policies:

• Standard: If a guest cancels within 14 days of the reserved check-in date, one (1) night penalty applies at the wholesale rate plus applicable taxes and fees.
• Festive (December 20th, 2025 – January 2nd, 2026): A deposit of five (5) nights is required at time of booking.
  • Full deposit is refundable until October 31st, 2025.
  • After October 31st, 2025, deposit becomes non-refundable.
  • Penalty applies to the room rate booked, not subject to tax or resort charge.

Terms & Condition Policies:

• Rates are based on room-only arrangement.
• Rates apply for single or double occupancy. For triple occupancy, add $75 plus 12% Government Tax and 12% service charge; for quadruple occupancy, add $150 plus 12% Government Tax and 12% service charge.
• Daily Resort Fee: $70.20 (inclusive), collected on property.
• No-Show Policy: Full stay plus taxes and fees will be charged.
• Early Departure Policy: Early departures are non-refundable and subject to full payment for the original length of stay.

Minimum Length of Stay:

• Minimum of two (2) nights required to access wholesale rates.
• Minimum of five (5) nights required during Festive period (December 20th, 2025 – January 2nd, 2026).
