Cancellation Policies:

• To secure a reservation, a 100% deposit of the total stay (including taxes and service charges) is required at the time of booking.
• Cancellations made more than 120 days before arrival are refundable, minus a 4% processing fee.
• Cancellations made within 120 days of arrival are non-refundable.
