Rates & Inclusions

• Rates are subject to 27% tax (12% government tax, 5% facility fee, 10% service charge)
• Transfers and beverages are not included
• King beds only; items not consumed are non-refundable

Deposit & Cancellation

• 100% deposit plus taxes required at time of booking to confirm
• Refundable (minus 4% processing fee) if cancelled 120+ days prior to arrival
• Non-refundable if cancelled within 120 days or due to travel disruptions (e.g., flight delays or cancellations)
• Early departures will be charged for all unused nights

Festive Stay Policy

• No arrivals or departures on Dec 31, 2025 or Jan 1, 2026
• Minimum stay: 7 nights
