Cancellation Policies

Festive Cancellation Policy:

• A 50% deposit is required upon booking.
• Full, non-refundable balance due by September 1st, 2025.
• Applies to any reservation including dates between December 19th, 2025 – January 4th, 2026.

• First booking received will be confirmed.
• Festive bookings are subject to each property’s minimum length of stay and festive deposit/cancellation policies.
• A deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance due in accordance with each property’s festive terms.
• All stays are based on availability and cannot be combined with other offers.

Minimum Length of Stay

• 7 nights for the festive period.
• South Bank Exception: 5-night minimum stay applies for arrivals between December 19th – December 24th, 2025.
