Cancellation Policy
- 100% cancellation fee applies for cancellations made within 60 days prior to arrival
- A 25% deposit of the full invoice amount (inclusive of gala dinner supplements and transfer charges) is required at the time of confirmation
Terms & Conditions
- The resort does not make exceptions to the cancellation policy for medical or unforeseen circumstances. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
- Early departures are non-refundable
- Cancellations or early departures due to weather conditions are fully chargeable
- Date/name changes or reductions in length of stay are considered cancellations and require a new booking
- Cancellation policy may be amended at the resort’s discretion
- All cancellation fees apply to accommodation, supplements, transfer charges, and include 10% service charge + 17% T-GST (or prevailing rate)
