Cancellation Policy

• Outside Festive Season
  • Cancellations 30+ days prior: 100% refundable
  • Cancellations 15–29 days prior: 50% of stay charged
  • Cancellations less than 15 days prior: 100% of stay charged
• Festive Season
  • Cancellations 90+ days prior: 100% refundable
  • Cancellations less than 90 days prior: 100% of stay charged

Suites & Private Residences

• Outside Festive Season
  • Cancellations 45+ days prior: 100% refundable
  • Cancellations 30–44 days prior: 50% of stay charged
  • Cancellations less than 30 days prior: 100% of stay charged
• Festive Season
