  • 50% deposit is charged at the time of booking.
  • The remaining 50% balance will be charged 10 days later.
  • Cancellations:
    • 60 days’ notice from arrival → 50% penalty.
    • 30 days’ notice from arrival → 80% penalty.
    • Under 30 days’ notice → 100% penalty, non-refundable.
