Cancellation Policies

• Thanksgiving Weekend (November 26th – November 30th, 2025):
  • Cancellation permitted up to 14 days prior to arrival.
  • Full stay (room + tax) charged as a non-refundable deposit 14 days prior.
• Pre-Festive Season (December 1st – December 23rd, 2025):
  • Cancellation permitted up to 14 days prior to arrival.
  • Full stay (room + tax) charged as a non-refundable deposit 14 days prior.
• Festive Season (December 24th, 2025 – January 3rd, 2026):
  • Cancellation permitted up to 60 days prior to arrival.
  • Full stay (room + tax) charged as a non-refundable deposit 60 days prior.
• Post-Festive Season (January 4th – February 10th, 2026):
  • Cancellation permitted up to 30 days prior to arrival.
  • Full stay (room + tax) charged as a non-refundable deposit 30 days prior.

Note: If a reservation overlaps more than one policy window, the stricter cancellation policy will apply. Any booking that includes nights from December 24th – January 3rd will fall under the 60-day policy.

Terms & Conditions

• Bookings must be guaranteed with a credit card.
• Non-refundable deposit equal to the full stay (room + tax) will be charged on the cancellation cutoff date.
• A $65 daily resort fee (plus tax) applies to all bookings and is settled at check-out.
• The current tax rate is 11.3%.

Minimum Length of Stay

• No minimum stay requirement is in place for any dates during the festive period.
