Cancellation Policy:

• For reservations starting December 16th, bookings are non-refundable from the time of confirmation.

Deposit Policy:

• 50% Deposit at time of booking is required, balance is collected 90 days prior the arrival date.

• For security reasons, the credit card used to secure this reservation should be physically presented at time of check-in with a valid photo ID; otherwise, the deposit will not be valid. Early departure and no shows are subject to full penalty
• Check-In Time is 3pm

Terms and Conditions:

• Rates are per room, per night. Rates do not include 20% Tax and 15% service charge. Rates quoted in U.S. Dollars.
• 50% deposit is required at the time of the booking.
• Based on availability, a resort credit of $400 per bedroom (up to $1,200 maximum per stay).
• Resort credit to be used towards Food & Beverage and Spa services only.
