Cancellation Policies:
- Cancellation period up to 60 days prior to arrival. For cancellations made within 60 days of arrival, a cancellation fee of 100% of the stay, including the room rate plus tax, will apply.
- All reservations must be prepaid 60 days prior to arrival. Prepayment is non-refundable from this point forward.
- If no prepayment is made, the reservation will be automatically released from that date. Cancellations or modifications made after 60 days prior to arrival, or no-shows, will incur a 100% penalty.
Minimum Length of Stay:
- A minimum stay of 3 nights applies.
