Introducing Bianca Niggli and Andrea Montealegre — the new Northeast leads on UJV’s Business Development team, dedicated to deepening advisor support across the region.

Today, we’re proud to welcome our new Business Development team in the Northeast: Bianca Niggli, Director of Business Development, and Andrea Montealegre, Business Development Specialist.
Together, they bring a global perspective and local care — a dual approach that embodies UJV’s commitment to relationship-first growth.
Why the Northeast, Why Now
With luxury travel rebounding and demand for bespoke experiences at an all-time high, the Northeast remains home to many of the industry’s most influential advisors. A dedicated team means UJV can engage more often, more meaningfully, and with deeper local insight.
This dedicated regional team model is part of UJV’s larger commitment to being the advisor’s advisor: curating one-on-one guidance, ongoing education, and intentional engagement at every level.
Rooted in Relationships, Informed by Experience
Based in Philadelphia, Bianca Niggli brings over 14 years of experience across hospitality, travel, and the arts — including her work at Context Travel and The Metropolitan Museum of Art. With a deep background in both business development and operations, Bianca approaches every advisor relationship as a full-spectrum experience: thoughtful, strategic, and grounded in human connection.
“UJV’s focus on service and support to the advisor community is what attracted me the most,” she shares. “The advisor community is such a fun and dynamic part of the tourism industry, and being able to focus on building and growing those connections is such an exciting opportunity. I’m all about relationships, and I’m excited to bring that to UJV!”
Having grown up between Switzerland and the United States, Bianca’s passion for travel was molded early and often — a spirit of exploration that continues today through meaningful partnerships and purposeful journeys.
Global Insight, Personal Touch
Working alongside Bianca is Andrea Montealegre, based in Bogotá, Colombia. A lifelong traveler with over 11 years of experience in tourism, Andrea has lived in Colombia, the United States, and South Korea — giving her a rare blend of international understanding and cultural fluency. At UJV, she offers nurturing support and intuitive tools designed to help advisors thrive.
“I was really inspired by the way UJV supports travel advisors — not just with amazing products and services, but with genuine partnership and care,” Andrea says. “I’ve truly enjoyed the connections we’ve made so far with advisors in the Northeast, and I’m excited for everything we’ll continue to build together.”

- In the coming months, the Northeast team will prioritize one thing: engagement. Bianca and Andrea are focused on strengthening networks and building momentum — reaching both longtime collaborators and those new to UJV.
