Cancellation Policies

• December 14th – December 19th, 2025: 72 hours prior to arrival
• December 20th, 2025 – January 4th, 2026: 90 days prior to arrival

Festive Week Payment & Cut-Off Policies

• Cut-off date: October 27th, 2025. All bookings must be reported by this date. After October 27th, all reservations are on request basis only.
• Deposit: Three-night non-refundable deposit due within 14 days of booking.
• Final Payment: Due by October 27th, 2025. After this date, full payment is due within 7 days of booking.

Festive Week Cancellation

• Cancellations 7+ days prior to October 27th, 2025: full refund.
• Cancellations 6 days or less prior to October 27th, 2025: 1-night room and tax penalty.
• Cancellations from October 27th, 2025 onward: full room and tax penalty.
• Early departures: full night’s stay charged as cancellation fee.
