Cancellation Policies:
- Thanksgiving & Pre-Festive (arrivals November 26th – December 18th, 2025): 21-day cancellation policy. Full penalty applies within 21 days prior to arrival.
- Pre-Festive (arrivals December 19th – December 24th, 2025): 60-day cancellation policy. Full penalty applies within 60 days prior to arrival.
- Festive (arrivals December 24th, 2025 – January 3rd, 2026): 90-day cancellation policy. Full penalty applies within 90 days prior to arrival.
Terms & Condition Policies:
- All rates, availability, promotions, and terms & conditions are subject to change.

Minimum Length of Stay:
- Arrivals between December 20th – December 26th, 2025: No minimum stay restriction.
- Arrivals between December 27th – December 30th, 2025: 5-night minimum stay required.
- Arrivals between December 31st, 2025 – January 2nd, 2026: 3-night minimum stay required.
