Cancellation Policies:

• Full payment is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
• Cancellations made within 90 days prior to arrival will incur a 100% penalty on total room charges.
• Early Departures or No-Shows:
  • A fee equivalent to 100% of the total stay applies to early departures or no-shows.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended. One&Only Mandarina does not provide exemptions for medical or personal matters, inclement weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Terms & Condition Policies:

• Nightly rates are subject to 21% per room per night (5% local tax and 16% VAT) plus 15% service charge.
• Rates and availability are subject to change at any time until full payment is received.
• A booking is confirmed once payment has been completed.
