- For arrivals December 19th – 25th, 2026: reservations must be cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival to avoid penalty. Reservations cancelled within 60 days will forfeit the two-night deposit.
- For arrivals December 26th, 2026 – January 2nd, 2027: reservations must be cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival to avoid penalty. Reservations cancelled within 30 days will forfeit the 50% deposit.
- Terms & Conditions:
- For arrivals December 19th – 25th, 2026, a two-night deposit is required. For arrivals December 26th, 2026 – January 2nd, 2027, a 50% deposit is required. A 15% service charge applies to the total amount. Availability, rates, and terms are subject to change without prior notice.
- Minimum Length of Stay:
- December 26th – 27th: 3 nights
- December 28th – 31st: 4 nights
- January 1st: 3 nights
