- Payment Terms:
- 50% deposit due at time of booking
- Balance due 60 days prior to arrival
- Cancellation Policy:
- 50% deposit is non-refundable
- 100% penalty for cancellations made within 60 days of arrival, including no-shows and early departures
- Please advise clients accordingly to ensure they are aware of the strict festive policies.
Minimum Length of Stay
- Festive Season (Dec 20, 2025 – Jan 10, 2026): 5-night minimum stay
- Pre-Festive (Nov 26 – Dec 19, 2025): 2-night minimum stay
