Cancelation Policy:
Festive (Dec 20th to Jan 3rd): Cancellation must be received via email by 29th September for a refund less the processing fee. Reservations cancelled after September 30th, No-Shows, Modifications and Cancellations are non-refundable. Due to the small size of the resort, we are unable to waive any charges due to last minute cancellations for any reasons at any time during the year. Credit Refunds due to reservation cancellation are subject to a 5% processing fee. Group Reservations and Cancellations terms differ. We appreciate your understanding.
