Cancelation Policies:

• Cancellations (with reference number) must be received in writing on a per booking basis.
• The above charges will be payable to the Hotel by the Distributor.
• Cancellation, no-show, and early check-out penalties/charges are non-commissionable. Payments are to be made directly to the Hotel’s bank account.
• Early departure: 50% of the value of the remaining stay applies.
• 100% cancellation penalty applies when cancellation is made within the following date bands or if the booking is a no-show:

• Twenty-eight (28) days prior for stays between December 24th, 2024, to December 31st, 2024.
• Twenty-one (21) days prior for stays between January 1st, 2024, to March 31st, 2024.
• Fourteen (14) days prior for stays between April 1st, 2024, to December 23rd, 2024.

Terms & Conditions:

• Availability subject to change without notice.
• Festive Season Supplement will apply to all stays on December 25th, 2024 (Christmas Day), and December 31st, 2024 (New Year’s Eve). Supplements are inclusive of VAT and Service Charge.
• The Festive Supplement must be collected by the Distributor for each booking and is non-commissionable.
• Discount offers are not applicable to the supplement.
• The Festive Season Supplement is applicable to any free children in the room/booking.
• Christmas Day Supplement – December 25th:

• Adult Supplement: USD $60 per adult per night.
• Child Supplement: USD $45 per child per night (children ages 5 – 15 years).

New Year’s Eve Supplement – December 31st:

• Adult Supplement: USD $75 per adult per night.
• Child Supplement: USD $60 per child per night (children ages 5 – 15 years).

Minimum Length of Stay:

A 4-night minimum length of stay is required.
