Cancelation Policies:

• Festive Bookings included in the period of 12/20/2024 – 01/04/2025 (including)
• 91 days before arrival: a full refund of the 50% deposit will be granted
• 90 days or less before arrival or no-shows and early departures: will be charged at 100% of total reserved nights per villa

Suites:

• Festive Bookings included in the period of 12/20/2024 – 01/04/2025 (including)
• 61 days before arrival: a full refund of the 50% deposit will be granted
• 60 days or less before arrival or no-shows and early departures: will be charged at 100% of total reserved nights per suite

Terms & Conditions:

A deposit equal to 50% of the total (inclusive of the government tax and service fee) is due at the time of booking. The balance of the rental rate is due no later than 90 days prior for Festive bookings for Villas & 60 days prior for Festive bookings for Suites. For reservations made less than 30 days prior to arrival, a 100% deposit is due at the time of booking. The Company reserves the right to cancel the booking if any payment is not received when due hereunder, and in this event, the Client will be deemed to have forfeited the Deposit. Payment can be made by wire transfer or credit card.
