Cancellation Policies:
- At the time of booking, a 50% deposit is required.
- If canceled before September 1st, 2025, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
- Any cancellations or modifications after September 1st, 2025 will be charged in full, inclusive of taxes and service charges.
Minimum Length of Stay:
- 7 nights during Festive
- 4 nights during Pre-Festive (December 1st – December 17th, 2025)
