Cancellation Policies:

• No fee applies if the booking is cancelled more than 91 days prior to arrival.
• A 50% fee applies for cancellations made between 90 and 61 days prior to arrival.
• A 100% fee applies for cancellations made 60 days or less prior to arrival.
• No reservation name changes allowed.
• Shortened stays or early departures incur a 100% penalty for remaining nights.
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Terms & Condition Policies:

• 20% of the total amount is due at the time of booking.
• 80% balance is required 120 days prior to arrival with completed Guest Information form.
• Payment must be made in Euros via wire transfer or credit card and cover the full invoice total.
• Final confirmation provided once stay is fully prepaid.
