Cancellation Policies
For One-Bedroom Villas, One-Bedroom Family Villas, Two-Bedroom Villas, Three-Bedroom Villa, and the Teremoana Residence
- No cancellation fee applies if the booking is cancelled more than 91 days prior to arrival.
- A 50% fee applies if the booking is cancelled between 90–61 days prior to arrival.
- A 100% fee applies if the booking is cancelled 60 days or less prior to arrival.
Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy
- 20% of the total amount is required at the time of booking.
- 80% of the total amount is due no later than 120 days prior to arrival, along with the Guest Information form.
- Payment must be made in Euros by wire transfer or credit card for the full invoiced amount.
- Final confirmation is provided once the stay is fully prepaid.
Minimum Length of Stay
1 night minimum stay required.
