Cancellation Policies
- Thanksgiving (November 27th – November 30th, 2025): Cancellations within 5 days incur penalty.
- Festive Season (December 26th, 2025 – January 2nd, 2026): Cancellations within 60 days incur penalty.
Terms & Conditions
- A 50% deposit of the full stay will be charged at booking.
- Remaining balance charged at arrival.
- $31.12 MXN environmental fee per night, per room collected at checkout.
Minimum Length of Stay
- December 26th, 2025 – January 2nd, 2026: 4 nights
- November 27th – 30th, 2025: 3 nights
