Cancellation Policies:
- November 27th – November 30th, 2025: 5 days prior to arrival date
- December 26th, 2025 – January 2nd, 2026: 60 days prior to arrival date
Deposits on reservations cancelled within 5 days and early departures are non-refundable.
Terms & Conditions:
- A deposit equal to 50% of the full stay will be charged to the credit card at the time of booking.
- Remaining balance will be charged at arrival.
- There is a $31.12 pesos environmental fee charged per night per room, collected at checkout.
Minimum Length of Stay:
- November 27th – November 30th, 2025: 3 nights minimum stay
- December 26th, 2025 – January 2nd, 2026: 4 nights minimum stay
